Hey Product Hunt! πŸ‘‹ I'm Rade, thrilled to present Assistive24, my 6th product of 2024! πŸŽ‰ Assistive24 was born from my realization of how costly current accessibility widgets areβ€”marketed through fear tactics in the B2B space, often neglecting those who truly need them. With Assistive24, I aimed to flip the script. This free Chrome extension puts powerful accessibility tools directly into the hands of those who need them, eliminating the barrier of hefty costs. Now, anyone can enjoy enhanced web access on any site, no matter their budget. Assistive24 includes features like voice navigation, customizable fonts, and contrast adjustments, specifically designed to support individuals with ADHD, dyslexia, low vision, and more. My mission was clear: provide top-notch assistive technology for free, ensuring the web becomes inclusive and accessible for everyone. I'm excited to see Assistive24 make a difference, ensuring affordability doesn't stand in the way of accessibility. Download it today, and help us transform the internet into a welcoming space for everyone. I’m eager to hear your thoughts and feedback. Together, let’s redefine digital accessibility! πŸ™Œ Follow me on X: https://www.x.com/whoisrade

Congratulations @djordjevic_nikola on the launch and simplifying accessibility for everyone. Are you planning to add support for colour blindness as well?
Rade Joksimovic
@djordjevic_nikola @arpanramtek Thanks Arpan! Was thinking a lot about color blindness, but haven't found a way to modify each and every page along with it's graphical content to create a, sort of, filter for color blindness (especially since there are different kinds of color blindness). That being said, are you color blind, how are you handling this issue currently?
Arpan Samuel Ramtek
@whoisrade agreed, the scope is quite wide. I’m building around a CRM and accessibility is one thing that we keep in mind all the time. I have a close friend - a s/w architect who has selective colour blindness; happy to connect you!

Congrats on launching Assistive24! πŸŽ‰ This extension looks like a game-changer for making the web more accessible. How did you come up with the idea for it?
Rade Joksimovic
@ihuzaifashoukat The idea came from seeing how all advanced assistive technology products are B2B - sold to large companies as website widgets to comply with accessibility laws, so I wanted to turn the table and build something that would work on any website and be free for the user who needs it.
Nikola Djordjevic
@ihuzaifashoukat thank you! 😊 We really appreciate your kind words and support.
Hossein Tork

Rade Joksimovic
@karl_mechkin Thanks for the support Karl! Extension was built with Plasmo, so it should be easy to port to other browsers as well.

@karl_mechkin thank you so much for your support! It means a lot to us!
Sofia Bettari
Congrats on another great product guys @whoisrade, @djordjevic_nikola: I know that when it's about you two, great things will come. One question, maybe unnecessary: have you also thought about making every design part inclusive for people with reduced vision or improving voice control in the extension itself?
Rade Joksimovic
@sofia__bettari hey Sofia, thanks for the words of encouragement! Yes, we’ve worked hard on making each design part inclusive for different impairments, as well as built a voice navigation feature from the ground up. Feel free to check it out, and if you have any additional feedback please let us know!
Nikola Djordjevic
@sofia__bettari thank you so much, for your support and kind words! 🌟
