Assembly is a free employee engagement, recognition, and rewards platform (free for unlimited users). Raise the bar on recognition and help instill your company's core values.
The whole team has been working hard on this project for just over a year now. Helping boost recognition in the workplace is simply a starting point. We intend to do a lot more very soon and make it easier than ever to scale and sustain powerful cultures both for co-located and distributed teams/companies. Please give Assembly a try for free and don't hold back on your feedback.

@marksayers Thanks Mark, we're trying to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible. I believe the simplicity is what's driving out 95%+ engagement rates!
@scottweinert well, we’re a lot cheaper number one. I’d say that today product wise, it’s reasonably comparable. We’re also very young in relation and Kazoo has a lot going on. We chose simplicity with an employee first approach which has enabled us to maintain 95% giving and receiving engagement month to month across our customers. More of a strategic difference at the moment while we build some new and exciting product internally.
As to how we’re very different, we’re gearing up to work on that and hiring like crazy. This is only the beginning :). Recognition was our entry point into the market.
As a member of a fully remote team, the struggle of building a remote work culture is pretty hard, especially with all your major workload.
I think this tool is what we need to scale our team and give positive feedback to our team. I will test it out first but so far, the UX is REALLY good and I can navigate easily all around your product.
Pretty excited to introduce it to my team later this week :)
@bujold19 Gabriel, thanks for the kind words. As companies are moving more towards remote work, finding ways to keep people engaged is paramount. I hope Assembly can help boost recognition and engagement to all time highs, despite the strange times that we are in!
@lakenbutler Hi Laken, as many teams are transitioning to remote work, people are increasing engagement and recognition through Assembly. Hope we can help your team!
I've used Assembly at work with my team before, it's a fun, seamless way to communicate and recognize your teammates in a way that breaks the patterns of communication that you have fallen into. Highly recommend!
Extremely easy to adopt and use. UI is simple and straightforward while being very effective. We use it, the employees love the automated birthdays and work anniversaries with gifs! Also, during these remote work times it plays a major role in peer to peer interactions and gratefulness. Highly recommend. This company will be big.
Culture is more than having ping-pong tables and free snacks. Assembly is entering a primed market as companies are realizing the value of happy employees. Id say you guys are also HASS... Happiness As A Service. BRAVO 👏
@bryan_o_reilly1 Thanks Bryan! We couldn't agree more! Too often so many go overlooked simply because they're quieter. Haha love the HAAS. Mind if we trademark that ;)?
We have been using Assembly for few months now.
Pros:
Integrating assembly at our startup has created an enabling culture, where we are now more acknowledging of the support we receive from our team mates. Little things that were taken for granted are now rewarded, and the slackbot integration makes the entire process a breeze.
Cons: We wish we had it much earlier.
@tanya_spero thanks Tanya! We're all in this together. Recognizing team members is a good way to facilitate togetherness while we all have to remain distant. Glad it's working for you!
