Awesome! How well does it handle niche cases? Like, say I’m building for UI designers or data analysts - is it possible to tweak the interviews for super-specific audiences?

@ezman great question! :) It works pretty well in different niche cases. For example we've tested it on medical labs and it was able to catch smth like 75-80% of info comparing with real user interviews. But the most important thing here is to set a clear goal for the interview, select right audience segment and create a good questionnaire (we are helping with that, but recommend to check it twice and sharpen it). However, there still a limitation - we cannot ask about UI itself.....hopefully this will be solved in a year or so
