@rem_sls thank you for your question. Yes, you can text back and forth with customers. Customers have their thread on their regular texting/SMS app, and you (company) get the same thread on your dashboard :)

How does the bot recognize people?

@justin_hershey thanks for the question! The bot recognizes people by matching their phone number and their name. So it greets people like "Hi Justin, how can I help you today?" because it matches your phone number in the backend :)

This is great, but usually SMS has a low response rate on countries outside US. Have you seen how the response rate differs in other countries?

Even if our team comes from the US, France, Kenya, Spain, China, India, Jamaica, and Israel, we are currently active in the US only. For the US, here are the stats from 2019/2020: - 98% of SMS get opened - 85% of customers prefer texting rather than email or phone - 75% of customer traffic happens on mobile Hope that helps and thank you for your question :)
