Hi, Keep going. BTW we had pretty good experience with ClickHouse in CheckAso for historical data.

I really liked the automated workflow option. It makes work much easier and customers feel seen when they are replied to. Consumer interaction is essential to grow a business. Can two or more automated responses be set for the same conditions, distributed in a fixed ratio?
