Real time monitoring for reviews, ranks, keywords, updates in App Store, Google Play & Windows Store. Powerful integrations with Slack, HipChat, Trello, Zendesk and email.

@sharifulin Appfollow is great tool, really like it. Do you have plans to calculate number of downloads for ios apps and estimate revenue?
Eugene Kruglov
@nyushechka_z @sharifulin Anna, thanks for being with us and supporting us for so long (almost a year, right?). We do have plans on adding additional data like downloads and revenue estimates, first of all for your own apps. Afterwards, if we manage, we'll try to do estimates for all other apps as well.
Anna Koltsova
@tahorg @sharifulin thank you, I think if you manage to do this stuff then Appfollow would be totatlly perfect service for tracking reviews and competitors! Good luck.
Eugene Kruglov
@nyushechka_z @sharifulin Thanks! We'll do our best =)
Anatoly Sharifulin
@nyushechka_z @tahorg Thanks, Anna! Your feedback is very important for us.
Ilia Kukharev
Perfect tool, I have all-in-one: keyword monitoring in my Slack, competitors tracking via graphs and weekly e-mails (I know everything about competitors: their rankings, reviews, updates). With the latest updates (Google Play integration, for example) I get android reviews in the same time they posted and can reply to the user and solve his problem. Highly recommended tool.
Eugene Kruglov
@ilia_kukharev Ilia, thanks a lot for your kind words and for your vote!
Anatoly Sharifulin
@ilia_kukharev Ilya, you're welcome! Thanks for your real useful feedback. It's very important for us.
Ben Tossell
Whats the update?
Anatoly Sharifulin
@bentossell Hi Ben, thanks for your reply. It's new major version of our product. Full list of new features and updates here https://blog.appfollow.io/appfol...
Ben Tossell
@sharifulin yeah I only see - Web-site re-launch based on users feedback: full service description, F.A.Q., team bio, pricing, etc. - New pricing: simplified and highly customisable
Anatoly Sharifulin
@bentossell not exactly, it's final changes before release. Last launch was in March 2016, it was version 1.10. After that we improved a lot of stuff and released new features like custom tags for reviews, multi-user support, keyword ranking chart, add supporting windows store, compare tool, integration with Google Play console via OAuth client, bulk settings for integrations, featuring monitor for Slack, and so on.
Eugene Kruglov
@bentossell @sharifulin Since March we added lots of new things actually: - we significantly updated all existing integrations including Slack - we added Zendesk - we added Windows Store - we added support for GP Dev Console OAuth (e.g., you can now reply directly from dashboard) - we upgraded our API - and tons of smaller changes and improvements
Ben Tossell
@tahorg @sharifulin ok thats clearer. thanks
Anatoly Sharifulin
Thanks, Eric, for hunting us! Hello Product Hunters, I’m Anatoly, CEO & Co-founder at AppFollow, along with @tahorg and @fxzuz. It’s time to introduce you to our newest version of AppFollow: 2.0. Since the first launch AppFollow has been significantly improved and enhanced with new features. These are the most important improvements we’ve made: - Integrations with Slack, HipChat, Zendesk, Trello and email — all information about app changes can be delivered directly to these channels; - Reply to Google Play reviews — allows replying to user reviews directly from AppFollow; - Automatic review translation — no matter what language user speaks, integration with Google Translate erased all barriers; - Featuring notifications — Slack notifications when apps get featured in App Store; - Significantly optimized tools for tracking reviews, keywords, ranks, and more; - API — it’s possible to create customised dashboards, reports and select app data for monitoring; - Windows Store Support — initially the tool was tracking only App Store and Google Play. We want to thank our users for being active and responsive. Their feedback and requests were at the core of all these changes. If you are interested in the whole timeline of AppFollow changes, you’re welcome to our blog https://blog.appfollow.io/appfol... It’d be great to hear back from you. Share with us what you like about the updated service and what still needs to be improved. Thanks for checking us out!
Anatoly Sharifulin
If you have questions, please let me know.
Tom Charde
You may want to clarify/change the description to "The best way for devs to track app activities in the appstores". (Otherwise this could be confused for a consumer app that tracks price drops and other app details -- similar to AppShopper, theappstore.org, etc.)
Eugene Kruglov
@tomcharde we actually can track price drops as well ;)) But I got what you meant. We'll think of that, thanks for sharing!
Dom Jocubeit
Excellent product guys. I've got quick question about limits in the premium account. It's not clear on the pricing page. The free account has a limit of 2 apps, how many apps can you follow in the premium subscription?
Anatoly Sharifulin
@kodemunki thanks for your feedback. We have price calculator in the AppFollow account https://drive.google.com/open?id... If you need more apps or custom offer, please contact us.
Dom Jocubeit
@sharifulin awesome, thanks for the reply. You should include the pricing calculator on your website.
Eugene Kruglov
@kodemunki @sharifulin thanks for the feedback. This makes sense, yes, we'll probably do this
Anatoly Marin
Hey guys, congrats on the featuring. Any plans for calculating how much traffic apps get per keyword? This would be super informative for developers like me.
Eugene Kruglov
@anatoly_marin Anatoly, thanks for your support! We do plan continuous upgrades to all of our tools. So, we will do our best to add this feature as well.
Roman Sidorenko
i'm using Appfollow to track our competitors, 129 apps in 10 countries, great tool with fast feature updates!
Eugene Kruglov
@sidorenkor Roman, thank you so much! We do value your support a lot!
Anatoly Sharifulin
@sidorenkor thanks for your feedback, Roman. it's good case for us.
Dom Jocubeit
Just signed up for Premium $9, added coupon code PH092016 in settings before changing the subscription from free to premium; but the coupon code doesn't work. I got charged $9. Screenshot: https://cl.ly/hRon
Eugene Kruglov
@kodemunki Jurgen, hi. We already adjusted everything for your account. What bothers me more, you didn't add any apps to track.
Dom Jocubeit
@tahorg thanks for fixing that so fast, great to deal with a company that's on the ball. I look forward to tracking apps!
Eugene Kruglov
@kodemunki good to hear that! and thanks for subscribing to the Premium service =)
Justforward
I remember these guys on their early start of the project and I want to say that they did huge steps with their app tracking service. Hope they will keep this way further.
Eugene Kruglov
@justforward_co Thanks, Timur :)
elena_ab
These guys are really great and very fast. We've been using them for almost a year. You just ask them to add a new feature and they implement it within days. Make your wishes come true with this efficient and very client-oriented team.
Anatoly Sharifulin
@yelena_ab We're happy! Thank you for your feedback.
Eugene Kruglov
@yelena_ab Elena, thanks a lot for your kind feedback!
Kwame Som-Pimpong
Interesting site. How does this compete with AppAnnie's offerings?
Eugene Kruglov
@kwamesompimpong as far as I know, AppAnnie has no integrations and you're quite limited with what you can do with their tools for app monitoring
Eugene Kruglov
@kwamesompimpong we actually do quite opposite things with AA: we are day-to-day app monitor and they are sales and in-app analytics.
Leonid Bogolubov
@tahorg when AppAnnie buy AppFollow? :)
Eugene Kruglov
@leonid_bogolubov when it's time =)
Eugene Kruglov
@leonid_bogolubov that was super easy =))))))))))))
Amol
Been using their slack integration for over 4 months now. Now the team can discuss the reviews and form proper replies.
Anatoly Sharifulin
@amolgupta great! thanks for your reply :)
Eugene Kruglov
@amolgupta Thanks a lot for your support and for staying with us. We value that a lot!
Vasiliy Mescheryakov
I took a part in customer development made by the guys 2 years ago and has been a loyal user since then. It's amazing how much they archived during this time. From a pure idea to one of the leading mobile marketing service out there And what's really important it's how they react to community requests -- listening to, clever implementation, but no blind following
Eugene Kruglov
@wasiafuse Vasya, thank you so much! That's very touching indeed.
Anatoly Sharifulin
@wasiafuse thanks for great feedback! It's very important for us
Mohit Nigam
@sharifulin nice product & as developer liked release note .. i can see every month major code you guys pushed great effort!
Anatoly Sharifulin
@mohitngm thanks a lot :)
Eugene Kruglov
@mohitngm @sharifulin Mohit, thanks for your support. We do our best to meet our customers demands ;)
Mederinho
Looks good guys, I think adding "mobile intelligence" component would be awesome, or "app analytics", by tracking #of ratings for companies one can estimate market share year by year, month to month. Also, some apps are very old and if one wants to know their overall ranking it take time to go all the way back to 2010, I wish the date box was 'type in' date too. Hope this helps.
Eugene Kruglov
@mederinho10 Thanks a lot for your support and feedback! We got the idea and we'll do our best to implement that stuff in the near future.
Lisa Dziuba
есть! 500й лайк мой)) крутой продукт, крутая команда!
Eugene Kruglov
@lisadziuba Лиза, спасибо!! Ты тоже крутая))
Anatoly Sharifulin
@lisadziuba Lisa, thank you very much :)
Guilherme Rambo
@sharifulin When are you going to start supporting Mac apps? :)
Eugene Kruglov
@_inside @sharifulin we already testing new driver to launch the support. Hope, in October latest it will be live.
Anatoly Sharifulin
@_inside Thanks for your feedback. Coming soon :)
Paul Shuteyev
Hi guys, looks great! How many apps can I monitor simultaneously?
Eugene Kruglov
@paul_shuteyev Paul, hi. If you wish to stay on Free plan, it's only 2 apps, if you need more, we'll ask you to switch to Premium. And there you can choose yourself how many apps you need to track.
