Thanks @werdelin for hunting!

Hey Everyone! A lot of freelancers work on retainers where they get paid via online payments in the end. But they still have to hunt down the cash when they invoice and not every client pays on time. That's why we've created Recurring Payments, simply create a new subscription, send it off to your client for approval and AND CO charges them automatically every month, week or whatever your cycle might be. You can even pre-define how many cycles should be charged, 3, 6 or forever until canceled. It's free to sign up, hope you enjoy it!

Does it require one to have a Stripe account? Do you offer API + webhooks so that notifications of payments / failures can manage access to an external application?
Leif Abraham
@ashfame Hey Ashish! Yes, you can either use Stripe or WePay to accept Online Payments. We're also working on the option to use PayPal instead. Sadly there's no API yet, but the app sends you notifications about payments received and failed payments.

@leifthunder I was hoping to use it mainly for external app integration. A substitute for Gumroad if it could be. Thanks anyway.

I think of payments as checkpoints for the client to ensure that things are progressing as expected. Is there any checkpoint functionality for a client to withhold payment if the progress isn't up to par? Perhaps an email is sent out to the user right before charge being made with a summary of progress and the option to stop payment if necessary

@nycdan_ Cool idea Daniel! AND CO can handle mile stones just not connected to automated payments yet.

I'd love a Paypal integration
