Gmail Bounced Emails Report — Get all bounced and rejected Gmail messages in Google Sheets

This open-source Google Script finds all the email addresses in your Gmail mailbox that bounced or were rejected by the recipient's server. The report, prepared in Google Sheets, also provides the response provided by the recipient's server for rejecting your email.

Howdy, This is Amit Agarwal, Google Developer Expert and author of this Google Script that helps you find all bounced and rejected emails in your Gmail mailbox. The script uses the Gmail API to find all bounced email notifications from mailer-daemon, then parses the email headers to find the exact reason for the bounce and writes all this information in your Google Sheet. To get started, simply make a copy of the Google Sheet and then choose the Run menu under Bounced Emails. The script runs entirely in your Google account and not even a byte of data is shared, uploaded anywhere. If you go to the Tools menu inside the Google Sheet, and select Script Editor, you can view the entire source code. Happy to answer any questions you may have! 🙌
