SMPL just works. I've been a "dog fooding" SMPL since its earliest inception as a member at the coworking space where it originated. As a CIO myself, I've been more than a little nosey throughout the process of its creation and believe the product easily addresses 95% of all the potential co-working business models and setups out there. It does so with a clean, easy to use interface and a budget friendly price. It addresses both stand-alone locations and multi-unit operators without breaking the budget. SMPL was created by guys who couldn't find existing software to do what they needed - so they wrote their own. It shows in the thoughtfulness of how features - like automatic recurring billing and retries for failed credit cards - are handled. It is both friendly for the administrator AND for the member. I would not hesitate to recommend SMPL to current and future coworking space owners.
