Checklist by Alvis — Get your Intercom users to their aha! moment faster

We initially built this app for our current projects while using Intercom for customer success. We find that an onboarding checklist is something Intercom is missing. For now, a checklist item can be a video or a URL. We currently support four major video host websites: Youtube, Vimeo, Wistia, and Loom. Since a checklist item can be a URL, one can insert the start tour URL of an Intercom Product Tour. You can also set it up such that a checklist item is marked complete when the user performs an event that you track using Intercom.

For Intercom users, this is the most convenient checklist that natively supports Intercom data. By using Intercom user data, we can trigger a checklist to be shown based on user attributes and tags. A checklist item for a user can be marked as complete when an Intercom event is performed by the user.

This is brilliant idea!
