Our in-house tool can enhance your dev team productivity too! At Team Brilliant, we found ourselves in a position where due to the different projects we were running at the same time, it became more and more difficult to keep track of our developers' activity. Engineering managers had to juggle through the different code repositories and platforms to find out what was going on. That’s why we created ALTO (www.youralto.com), a product that helps engineering leaders improve software development processes of running remote-first engineering teams through timely, contextual and actionable insights and metrics. Visualization seems key here. Can you share a bit about the types of visual reports ALTO generates? Specifically interested in how they help pinpoint inefficiencies.
Enrique Quilez
@sankeerth_julapally Thanks! We have released the first version of our visual solutions to understand the progress of the different teams, and you can find it on our dashboard and ways of working pages. We have plenty of ideas on our backlog to keep refining including the ability to generate and export visual reports from the insights we provide.

Congratulations on the launch of ALTO! This tool sounds terrific for engineering managers. Tracking developer activity across multiple projects can be a real challenge, and ALTO's actionable insights could significantly streamline the workflow. I’m curious, does ALTO integrate with popular project management tools like Jira or Trello? Looking forward to trying it out!

Hi Enrique, ALTO sounds like a valuable tool for improving dev team visibility. How does it integrate with existing tech stacks and platforms? Are there specific metrics or insights that you find most impactful for managing remote teams?
Enrique Quilez
@kyrylosilin Thanks for the support! At the moment, we focus on code quality, productivity, and team collaboration metrics such as code review time and MR cycle times, track deployment updates, or team review participation, and we have automated notifications and summaries available for tech leads to be up to date. Coming soon, we'll also add onboarding and developer well-being tools to help remote teams get to work as effective units from day one.
