@ikozlov Hi Ivan, thanks! Airgram definitely has its weaknesses. As a PM, I think we still have a lot to do, Airgram's UX is not good as far as I see, we are trying to make it better.
@ikozlov Hi Ivan, thanks! Airgram definitely has its weaknesses. As a PM, I think we still have a lot to do, UX, the whole product design, the quality of the recording and transcript, etc. However, you know iteration is the key, we are trying to listen to our users and improve it.
@sunilkhedar84 Hi Sunil, yes, of course, you could use it for customer interviews, you know the best part is you could have the recording and transcript for later review. No worries about missing anything! And even more, you could search the word to easily locate the conversation and choose only to listen to your customer's audio thanks to the speaker detection feature. All those would give you an incredible review experience.
I've been using Airgram for a while and the experience has been pretty sweet. Glad to see that they keep pushing the product to the next level. Keep up the good work!
Hello 😺 Product Hunt community! Today is a big day for Team Airgram! I can hardly hold back my excitement because Airgram 2.0 is finally live.
Thank you @chrismessina, a million for hunting us! And I'd also like to thank our early adopters, beta testers, teammates, family, and friends! 💜
Nothing fuels us more than building a fantastic meeting productivity tool, fulfilling business people and hybrid/remote teams' needs in a more intelligent way. Airgram 2.0 optimizes your meeting flow by automating your recording, transcription, and note-taking process with AI assistant:
🟣 Auto-joining Zoom and Google Meet calls (will support Teams soon!).
🟣 Extracting topics for a basic meeting summarization.
🟣 Allowing meeting hosts to clip and share key video snippets alongside a transcript.
🟣 Exporting notes to work apps - Notion, Google Docs, Slack, and MS Word.
🎙Record & transcribe automatically:
- Multilingual transcription for Zoom, Google Meet, and Teams(SURPRISE!). We’ve got all the big three virtual conferencing tools covered for you. So, just bring your best ideas to meetings and get 100% engaged with other attendees.
- Want to automate meeting recording, especially when you're overwhelmed by tons of tasks and meetings? Our AI meeting assistant is here for you. The assistant will auto-join your Zoom, or Google Meet calls based on your calendar events. You’ll never miss any important meetings.
✂️ Highlight & share in an instant:
- Get AI-powered topic extraction. Topics are grouped by number, price, date, organization, person, and location, allowing you to skim for key points quickly.
- Clip and share recordings and notes. Every creator can make clips from the transcript and share them with anyone who needs to be kept updated. Even if someone hasn't joined the meeting, he can still follow up on important decisions and the highlights.
- An effective meeting requires not only everyone's full engagement but also actionable steps and inspiring thoughts for the next meeting. With our diverse exportation options - Notion, Slack, Google Docs, and MS Word, you can integrate all your notes into your favorite apps for other purposes.
📝 Review & edit more efficiently:
- Find and replace in the transcript. If you need to jump to specific content instead of scanning every line, try typing some words into the search bar. We also help you search all the Notepad and transcript for detailed meeting notes.
- Comment on notes and transcript. Ever confused about a specific note that you want a further explanation from other collaborators? Feel free to leave a comment to discuss with other collaborators.
☄️ Upcoming surprise:
Agenda timer for Zoom. Every agenda item you put in the Notepad will be displayed on the screen during a Zoom call. All participants can view the talking points with a timer. This way, every discussion can stay on topic and on time.
🌼 Discount:
To show our deepest gratitude to the PH community, if you sign up for Airgram before 7/20, you'll get a 50% off your first purchase! 🕹
I can't wait for you to explore all those exciting new features! Feel free to ask my friend @danielwayne Daniel (PM of Airgram) and me anything! 🙌

@chrismessina@danielwayne@rockzhang Amazing idea!
Meetings can be stressful and overwhelming but thanks to Airgram, they are now lot easier to organize. Looking forward to trying it out.
Kudos to the team!
Hi! I have been using Airgram for a while now, and it is really great. The transcripts are good and getting better every time I use it and there are endless possibilities for a creative like me. I
@anderssporring1 Hi Andy! So glad to hear that! Hope you can support us in the future, we will make Airgram better, I promise! If you have any ideas, please don't hesitate to contact me, always glad to hear from you!
Is it able to support zoom and Microsoft teams?that'd be great if it's able to.I've tried tool that support zoom but never tried tool supports both of zoom,Google meet & Microsoft teams.
Congratulations!
Congrats for the version 2.0 launching. I've been using Airgram in past several months. Dating back then Airgram was so fresh that I could only record Zoom and Google Meet. But thanks to your hard work, as I can see, now with Airgram 2.0 I can also record Teams, which helps me a lot because all those collaboration for my daily work happens on Microsoft Teams (not Slack, so sad).
As I can see Airgram 2.0 also includes Comment, AI Topics and Clips. I love Clips most, because no need to share the whole meeting recording any more, just a link of short clip will do the job.
Anyway, really feel proud for Airgram team, and thanks for the promo code. Wink wink.
My supervisor asked me if I attended a meeting couple weeks back. I said no but he said he saw me in the participants, I was so confused 😂 turns out it was the AI assistant, we had a good laugh. In conclusion, it helps transcribing meetings I don’t have time for.
@marco_ancona2 Hi Marco, thanks for asking! Yes, I am thinking the same thing! We plan to provide more templates and let users create their meeting agendas! Do you have any ideas?
Hey Ryan @rockzhang, congrats, Airgram is really amazing! I tried and it works excellent in recording and transcribing. And the feature that allows to efficiently take note as actionable items for follow-up meetings by directly integrating with the calendar is super efficient and time-saving.
One thing to note (that will be unfortunately a problem for me sometimes) is how the meeting recordings/transcriptions are provided: the URL of the meeting (e.g. meeting link of MS Teams) must be copied/pasted in Airgram, so that the Airgram User will dial-in the meeting as an additional participant (a similar solution is provided I think only by a couple of other small vendors), which must be accepted by the Organizer (and it will appear as a separate/duplicate participant in addition to yourself). In my case, I often join meetings with Clients and other Organizations or even other colleagues that will not accept any non-authorized participants or will not allow any recordings/transcription.
But I understand that the technical challenges and the complexity of Real-Time Streaming caption/transcription is really high and also not very common, therefore, your solution is great and awesome anyway!
All the best!
Giuseppe
@giuseppe_di_nuccio Thank you for your reply!
1. Only the host can allow meeting assistant to participate in a meeting, which aligns with privacy and security requirements
2. We are integrating with Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and will support auto-join calls for teams in the coming weeks
@giuseppe_di_nuccio@rockzhang Hi Giuseppe, yes, we think the whole process is not good too, we don't like the "past URL" process either, so we are trying to integrate the Outlook calendar and let the AI assistant join the call automatically, of course, you could set some rules. By the way, we already have the auto-join feature based on Google Calendar.
