Meetings which don't have a precisely defined target are a waste of time. This being said, it is very important to avoid meetings at almost any cost. To take this to the extreme, you could say: You should only schedule meetings when it is absolutely necessary to sit together. And only invite those who absolutely have to attend in person. Yet we still waste a lot of time in meetings… Fortunately, I discovered Airgram, an AI meeting assistant. I think most people hate meetings because formal meetings tend to take up a lot of time and generate more work than they do to help you get things done. People usually leave meetings with a long list of to-do's, which is both stressful and overwhelming - and that creates a severe aversion to meetings! Thanks to technology, modern meetings are being transformed into an environment where people can actually get work done. This tool allows you to execute actionable items right then and there. At my company, we use this technology, and since doing so, we've seen less hatred of meetings. Personally, I also hate it when the meetings I attend have bad lighting and unclear objectives! But with Airgram, meetings become more efficient!

Just finished another meeting using aigram. Like it, no need to take notes anymore. And I can go back to teammates names mentioned quickly, Love this part. I can't wait to use the agenda timer, it will definitely help a lot with the long meetings.

Hey Ryan @rockzhang, congrats, Airgram is really amazing! I tried and it works excellent in recording and transcribing. And the feature that allows to efficiently take note as actionable items for follow-up meetings by directly integrating with the calendar is super efficient and time-saving. One thing to note (that will be unfortunately a problem for me sometimes) is how the meeting recordings/transcriptions are provided: the URL of the meeting (e.g. meeting link of MS Teams) must be copied/pasted in Airgram, so that the Airgram User will dial-in the meeting as an additional participant (a similar solution is provided I think only by a couple of other small vendors), which must be accepted by the Organizer (and it will appear as a separate/duplicate participant in addition to yourself). In my case, I often join meetings with Clients and other Organizations or even other colleagues that will not accept any non-authorized participants or will not allow any recordings/transcription. But I understand that the technical challenges and the complexity of Real-Time Streaming caption/transcription is really high and also not very common, therefore, your solution is great and awesome anyway! Is it able to support zoom and Microsoft teams?that'd be great if it's able to.I've tried tool that support zoom but never tried tool supports both of zoom，Google meet & Microsoft teams. Congratulations!

The collaborative note taking feature during meetings seems really interesting for teams to work together. Would love to try it out.

Airgram ensures that all my meetings stay on track because the timer shows how long I have left to discuss a specific topic. If someone missed the meeting, I can simply create video highlights using the highlight builder.

Congrats for the version 2.0 launching. I've been using Airgram in past several months. Dating back then Airgram was so fresh that I could only record Zoom and Google Meet. But thanks to your hard work, as I can see, now with Airgram 2.0 I can also record Teams, which helps me a lot because all those collaboration for my daily work happens on Microsoft Teams (not Slack, so sad). As I can see Airgram 2.0 also includes Comment, AI Topics and Clips. I love Clips most, because no need to share the whole meeting recording any more, just a link of short clip will do the job. Anyway, really feel proud for Airgram team, and thanks for the promo code. Wink wink.

Love the new Airgram! I love how all-inclusive it is. I can monitor and manage every phase of my meetings - from planning to executing action items - on a single dashboard. Great product!
