Hi Benben and Ludmilla, very interesting new features. For the new features, did you do any user research in your main markets? I’m curious because my team is thinking of doing real user research and I don’t have a lot of experience in this area.

@riicardoribeiroo Hi Ricardo, we generally do both quantitative (a/b testing and phased roll out) and qualitative research (usability testing and feedback with prototypes) for new features. We also work with local research agencies to run offline user interviews - they're generally very helpful in recruiting and arranging for these! Hope this helps
