there is a typo in the signup flow (recieve). I would add support for login and keychain as pay. I can see the value of comparing plans like you will compare flights based on price and network speed access. And if it is about picking and choosing I would love to be able to select a number of days and what type of usage (just the basics, usual, heavier + personal hotspot) Does give your app access to an iPhone network usage ? It could useful to get a baseline and help smooth the sign-up flow.
@alexgiess we hear you! :) we're currently working on that apple entitlement, just waiting for approval. We are also looking at some comparison and/or figuring out how to help pick and choose data vs putting static data packs. Glad to know some folks would want something like this.
Where is India and Dubai ?
Edit: Oops, found it now. I thought only listed countries are available. Time to ping your UX Designer to add a button at the bottom to "See all Countries".

Also, I feel the price is too costly, not local.
In India, for $5, we get atleast 150+ GB 4G with 84 days validity (Same network as you advertised)
But here, its giving only 1 GB for 7 Days. which is way too costly.
How can it called Local Price?
Hey @surjithctly we hear you on this. We're working on getting local telco partners to make the pricing more competitive. Hopefully in a few months' time we onboard one and get to a more local pricing.
I am traveling internationally soon and this looks awesome. I went to Thailand last month and had to bring an old phone, purchase a SIM, etc. Does my iPhone have to be unlocked to use the eSIM if it's secondary?

Tried this product multiple times during trips. Super smooth experience and physical sim cards now feel so obsolete. Game changer!
I've been through "finding a local sim card" hassle multiple times so far! I don't even want to mention the legal problems when you try to terminate the agreement (like I ended up paying additional fees although I was quite careful about the dates). This looks like an ultimate solution to all those issues! Great product! Keep up with the good work!

Are you asking about how you can switch across different regions when travelling? We have both regional and local eSIMs - if you want to travel between countries, you'll have to purchase different local eSIMs, and turn them on respectively when you arrive at your destination. If you've got a regional eSIM (let's say Europe), you can stay connected throughout the entire of Europe.

I love Airalo. Data is expensive in Canada and for me, it’s unaffordable. I use Airalo with my iPhone XR as my primary data carrier and haven’t had any problems.

Bought Airalo Esims twice - once for Thailand and once for India - failed terribly both the times, didn’t connect to any network. Left me hanging at airport and had to ultimately activate my home network. Sims are important as you need internet at airports to book cabs or contact your relatives but I had terrible experience and wasted my time and money troubleshooting it further. Very sad :/
To add on I purchased esim in Singapore where I stay so that I could use the already purchased credits. It worked in Singapore however my internet IP was connecting via some server in Europe therefore the network speed was terrible every time of the day!
Hi @giga9 thanks for sharing your experience. It's unfortunate this happened to you as it's not the kind of experience we want our travellers to have. Would you be open to getting on a call with me to figure out what went wrong and hopefully avoid this experience for future travellers? Critical feedback like this helps us improve our product and the experience. Would definitely want to find a way to address this.
@giga9 @nikipaniki inhave similar tereible expirience . Inboght ensim for israel and it doesn ´t catch any network, maybe because it couldn ´t activate in my home . I did everything by instructions

The experience, once it moves into the phone settings is quite cumbersome but we've since updated our installation guide after hundreds of user feedback. @ath Hey Athan, great question! With SkyRoam, you have to carry the device around wherever you go for Wi-Fi. With Airalo, the eSIM is installed in your phone, and you won't have to remove or change your physical SIM card, or carry an extra device around. Hope this helps clarify things.
