Afforai — Collect, cite, annotate papers & research with AI

Hi everyone, I'm Alec, co-founder of Afforai. The last time we launched on PH was back in July 2023 which you guys voted us #4 Product of The Day. It's almost one year anniversary and we went through many changes since then. We got over 50,000 researchers using Afforai, generated nearly a million dollars of revenue in our 1st year of business, raised capital from amazing VCs like Plug and Play Tech Center, Sputnik ATX VC, etc. So, to say the least, it all started from Product Hunt, we couldn't be where we are without you guys. Research is such a catastrophic mess most of the time! I really appreciate this product for simplifying something that's a pain, but at the same time you don't always think of as being a pain until someone presents you with a simple solution like this. Awesome work!!

I love Afforai. Started using it around 6 months ago and it’s one of my go-to AI tools these days when I’m researching for my some of my books.

Congrats on the launch in PH!! I’ve been using Afforai for a few months and it has been really useful by connecting documents and information related to a particular subject / challenge to get specific insights and even create frameworks for designing strategies with my teams. 🔥🔥🔥

Afforai has made coaching summaries a breeze for me, I am able to put hours and hours worth of dialogue as input and it generates accurate feedback!

Just a question to make this tool even more awesome! I would love to see a Readwise intgration to connect/import all our notes/books, etc into Afforai! Is this an Idea?

I've gotten a lot of use out of the free tier, and I'm not sure if I need more, but the deal on Appsumo is super compelling, so I upgraded to Tier 2 as a way to tip the developers. This is a great product. Fast and agile. Great for all kinds of research with PDF files.

An interesting tool for research. We're exploring why it might be more useful than a generic AI tool.

This is a cool tool. If you're a student or do a lot of research, you need a tool that can analyze a lot of information and provide you with real sources. Afforai does this well & very easily. This is a tool you'll want to have in your back pocket.
