@kostyadoronin Hello and thanks for your wishes. We are using jobs data that is publicly posted and looking at the skill requirements for those to shape the career path requirements.

Interesting idea, I think many young people - especially from unprivileged backgrounds - can benefit off this. Out of curiosity, which data did you train the service with? All of LinkedIn? Other Networks? I'm asking because I think you need to be aware of potential biases and how to limit them :)

@lrueger Thanks for your interest and support. Great question. We are currently scanning jobs data from LinkedIn and Google Jobs (via the SERP API) to identify jobs in demand and skills needed. That's formed the basis of the fine tuning done on top of Open AI. Our goal is to eventually expand this to start monitoring signals at a lower level - country indexes, company profiles, etc. and use that to augment the decision making Algo, as well as remove bias.

J'adore le concept ! Je pense que cela peut vraiment accompagner les TPE et PME dans leur quotidien pour la gestion de leur salariés et le bien-être au travail (valeur qui m'est très chère). Cela peut également être une bonne idée pour les cabinets de RH externalisés qui peuvent s'appuyer sur l'outil pour suivre l'évolution "humaine" des salariés de l'entreprise qu'ils accompagnent.
