I'm the creator. Just wanted to share what's the ebook about, and how and why it came to be. :)
I've worked at a software company as a writer (we develop project management tool) for almost a year now. During that time, I came in contact with every department and observed every workflow we have.
I then wrote a post about all the tools we use and it proved to be quite popular. So I decided to expand the post and provide more details as well as real-life screenshots of everything we use. I described our every process: collaboration, development, design, marketing, support, and some productivity tips.
