Retrobatch — Flexible, super charged, batch image processing for your Mac

Retrobatch is a node based (not the JS language) batch image processor.

It's a bit like Quartz Composer, and Audio Hijack and even Automator. But for images.

I was a beta tester for this app and used it for a number of heavy and otherwise time consuming batch image work. One task was resizing hundreds of images from retina resolution to non-retina resolution; another was reducing the bit-depth and optimising the filesize of thousands of PNG files. These were all made easy with Retrobatch.

Pros:

Powerful, easy to use, fast, reusable workflows

Cons:

If you're new to node-based interfaces it will take you a few minutes to get up to speed
