Hi, I'm one of the creators of the quiz! Our goal was to test whether people would be able to tell what government social programs were effective and which were not, just by hearing them described. We did some research with volunteers and published what we found here: http://www.vox.com/2015/8/13/914... Our results suggest that people are barely any better than monkeys when it comes to guessing ahead of time which social programs will work and which will not. But perhaps you will be wiser than everyone else and have a good intuition for these things. Give it a go and find out!
