For anyone that has seen the famous 1984 television ad Apple used to unveil the Macintosh, this is the book that served as an inspiration. In this totalitarian society, Big Brother is always watching and you can be prosecuted for thought crimes. Orwell tells the story of a man who was once part of the propaganda machine and wants to start a revolution. This book is among my favorite dystopian fiction pieces.
