This is a great product. Been using it with our teams. You could do all this by email, but you quickly realize that quickly reviewing past comments for patterns is key. Also being able to track your clarifying questions is a helpful feature. Overall it's the perfect light weight tool for employee-manger 1:1's with the benefit of company wide roll-ups and tracking. I'm a fan.

@andythegiant It's not a project manager tool like Asana (or Trello). It's more of a questions and answers with internal reviews. Or at least that's how my company has used it.
