I use Intercom for my e-commerce website's support chat, as it integrates well with my existing setup and provides useful automation features.

@anderson88_s I am using Intercom as well - Just curious if you've implemented the AI yet. If so - have you seen or noticed positive outcomes or a different to the traditional chatbot that they have (Fin I think?)

When it comes to E-Commerce, research shows that displaying product images can increase conversion in theory by up to 16 times. One image doubles conversion, 2 images quadruples conversions, etc. We're using our own for the above reasons. You can check it out at https://ainiro.io ^_^
