ConvertKit! I used to in love with Mailchimp but its quality is gotten worse after the acquisition.

@vladimir_zivkovic Shame! A bunch of my favorite products turn MEH after they get bought out. I just don't get why they'd buy something and then make it worse 🤷‍♂️

We're pretty hooked on Mailchimp for its user-friendly design and extensive features. But for more personalized, behavior-driven email flows, we find ourselves turning to Intercom.
