Hi, where are you looking for graphics designers for your projects/startups?

Do you prefer local designers or it doesn't matter and there is no problem if it is a remote work?

Do you prefer freelancers or agencies and why?

Everything depends on time and budget. Based on that I am taking a decision. Often I try to support local/network designers but sometimes complexity or budgets costs are determined to go on marketplaces or agencies.
