This may sounds dumb but if works great for me. Before I go to sleep I prepare my outfit for the day after. That way when I get up in the morning I don't have to worry about choosing an outfit and it saves so much time!

Probably meditation and golf. (Not simultaneously, though.) LOL.
I took to competitive cycling as a sport and bicycle touring. My holidays revolve around races or touring and exploring, only to come back healthy. Meditating and Gratitude practice 100% turnaround for me.

I used to track my spending, and sometimes I will be wasting 30 minutes or more figuring where the $1.70 went, what did I forgot. I always convince myself 'it's not about the money, it's where the process went wrong that I do not recognize'. Eventually I realize the 30 minutes I spent thinking (and reflecting) doesn't worth the value, I could easily gain more than $1.70 in 30 minutes by letting it go. TLDR: If you track your finance (how you spend), don't be particular with tracking where every single cent goes. Just having a good grasp of how you spend will already solve 80% of bad financial habit
