What’s your biggest challenge in managing data and workflows?
6
I’ve been searching for a smarter way to manage and interact with my data across tools, and automate a few workflows. I have used Zapier, Make, BoostSpace, etc. in the past and they are great! However, I recently also discovered Needle when their founder reached out to me seeking feedback for their product. What I was impressed with was their API and ability to build context-aware agents. I also hunted Needle on PH today! I would love to understand what solutions you use to currently manage data and workflows across your tools? Please share in the comments as I am learning more about this space.

Great discussion topic! Managing data and workflows efficiently is such a big challenge for many of us. Like you, I’ve used Zapier and Make extensively, and they’ve been helpful for automating repetitive tasks. Needle sounds really interesting, especially with its focus on context-aware agents—that’s a game-changer in this space! I’ll definitely check out your hunt for it. For my workflows, I’ve also explored Airtable, Notion, and n8n. They’re versatile, but I often find myself wishing for deeper integrations and smarter automation, especially when working across multiple tools. Looking forward to hearing more solutions from others and learning from everyone’s experiences here!

One of the biggest challenges we’ve faced is creating a workflow that tracks user metrics—things like where users are coming from, how they’re converting, and what their journey through the product looks like. It’s tough to get all this data in one place while keeping it accurate and actually useful. Right now, Posthog has been our go-to solution. It’s been great for tracking and integrating these metrics in a way that makes sense, giving us the insights we need to better understand and optimize the user experience. It’s not perfect, but so far, it’s been the most comprehensive tool for what we’re trying to build.
