    I wish I knew before starting my business is the importance of conducting thorough market research and understanding the target audience's needs, preferences, and pain points to create a product or service that truly resonates and addresses their specific demands, leading to higher chances of success and growth.

    Most likely a direct question whether you need to create a product, but I want to help people become more productive, so this is motivation.

    How things are done as a product manager doesn't translate 1:1 to entrepreneurship. I focused a lot on building solid foundations, documentation, and capability to scale. However, the focus early on should be on marketing, feedback, and revision. Rinse and repeat.

    Hmm... Well things have been okay so far. I have been able to figure out things as I go. I suppose the best learning could have been -- Put sales first
