I'm interacting on multiple platforms at once. My target market is pretty spread out. Sometimes I'm cross-posting, but mainly I'm trying to get quality conversations about project management started.
I respond to comments and messages from my followers to build relationships and show that I value their feedback.

First I would make sure that I know who is my target market and then try to create a plan for posting on different social media platform so I can see how many posts/videos do I need to create. Then I would choose the topics that are relevant to my target audience.
