How much time per day do you spend looking for files/tabs/messages or emails?

Sometimes I find myself browsing and searching for information up to 1-3 mins. It's something I saw/read recently. Curious if anyone else had this issue.

I also face this issue! I've restructured my folders so that I can use the 'Command + space' feature on Mac to quickly search for files and folders. Prior to this, it was taking me wayyy too long to find the goods
