Thank you for the insightful question! Leveraging user feedback is at the core of our project development strategy. We believe in a user-centric approach, valuing our users' invaluable insights. By actively listening to feedback, we identify pain points and areas of improvement, allowing us to refine and enhance the user experience.

Focus on the pain points and the outcome your client want to get, not the solution the propose.
We regularly monitor and track user-oriented metrics, such as user engagement, satisfaction rate and conversion rate along with implementing A/B testing to compare performance between different versions. Also, we collect feedback from the users through surveys and forms in order to enhance user experience.
Great question. I've helped product teams integrate customer feedback into their UX research as part of sprints. Making it a metric. This socializes and norms feedback so it's not feared as much over time. It also helps deal with stakeholder bias. Additionally, keeping a knowledge base of feedback over time helps to track it to assess product improvement over time.

@markk0217 Agree, but I want to ask how do you ensure that users from social media, for example, are the right target customers for your product?
Creating a feedback loop with beta testers early on. It not only helps catch bugs but provides rich insights.

Good question! too bad people don't like talking about feedback, trust me I've tried to get them talking!!
Also, I think building without feedback is like driving without GPS, you'll be lost and it won't be pretty!
@mansi_trivedi1 that's a good way to put it in words. Thanks.
Prioritize feedback based on its impact on the user experience. Address critical issues first, and then focus on enhancements or additional features.

User feedback is gold for me. I make it a point to actively listen, analyze patterns, and prioritize improvements based on what users need.
I use Analytics /heatmaps/ recording sessions to capture user feedback and then act based on that feedback to optimize my product.
Look for the frequency of feature requests... based on that decide. Don't blindly accept every feature request.
Embed a Feedback Menu Entry in your product or Create a whole Feedback Survey Page on your Landing Page.
Getting direct user feedback is crucial and leads to happy customer when handled correctly
I draw a very low res overview page for their ideal software and highlight key engagement opportunities based on the pain points and goals discussed in user interviews Didem, I then show it back to other users in that user sector for more feedback
