1. Put emotions aside and try to take the perspective of a third person looking at the situation from the outside.
2. Look for facts and a constructive way of overcoming the fault.

I listen carefully to the feedback, stay calm, and try to learn from it. I see it as a chance to improve and grow.

I find something really helpful, specifically for users asking for something to be different, is to ask *why* they're asking for that - like what specific problem for themselves are they trying to solve. This becomes super useful for thinking of what you could build to help them.
