How do you discover new podcasts?

I've never been used to listening to podcasts, and I never discover new podcasts myself, but since my friends are chatting with me about new podcasts all the time, I'm curious about what they're listening to and listen to new ones! My friends have even started creating podcasts themselves! I still resist the old style 😳
