Turns out you can use GPT-4 right now by using Bing. Microsoft just confirmed that they were using v4 all along.

@chrismessina @busmark_w_nika @aaronoleary For more precisions: the waitlist is for the GPT4 API. But you can use the model with the same ChatGPT interface if you are a chatGPT plus subscriber. Where now you have the choice when you create a new chat between GPT-4 or GPT-3.5
