Or do you always cross-check with manual analysis?

Ah good question. Since I know that AI sometimes tends to hallucinate, I'd certainly cross-check the output with actual data. That said, it does trim down the amount of time it would take to generate meaningful insights and gives you a direction to explore further.

If AI generate insights would be more reliable rather than decisions
I use it as one of the sources of information, which I’ll double-check anyway. I definitely wouldn’t trust AI 100%.
I personally double check and validate everything what involves Mathematical analysis.
I'd use AI-generated analytics as a starting point but definitely validate with real data before making major decisions. Tools like Google Analytics are still crucial. But AI can surface interesting insights to dig into further and save a lot of manual analysis time. Maybe start by comparing AI insights to your analytics data and see how it does?
I dont trust it with final decisions, I will take its general advice or let it make filler analytics content in relation to word count or explanation. However I do not trust ut with percentages and specific calculations as it tends to hallucinate.
I always ask for sources where this info came from to double check, since AI like to make stuff up
