We've—of course—taken some inspiration from Reddit...but can you say more? What did you find simpler about discussions?
Abhishek Dutta
@rajiv_ayyangar so, yes. 1. The name itself was a go-to dopamine hit 2. very simple to use 3. Forums have many layers rn (maybe we get used to it)

I am still trying to figure out how they are sorted because some posts at the top were posted three days ago, and under them are posts posted yesterday and then four days ago. The result is that I need to press the button "See more posts like this." and sort them out from Trending to New.

@busmark_w_nika we're still adjusting this, good feedback

I feel confused with this new concept. From the very beginning of my experience with PH I am missing topic search tool. I wish to search for existing topic instead of creating a new one which could be redundant. Also, I liked the discussion concept because there were categories like marketing etc.

@pawel_czajkowski i am glad, i am not the only one.

Yeah, I also find the new concept a bit strange. Do I like it? I can’t say for sure. Besides that, Product Forums feel quite odd to me. How are the featured products selected? I don’t really get it—like Claude/ Cursor being there, for example. It just seems weird so far. I think the separation might be useful to some extent, but at the same time, I don’t see much value in Product Forums right now. I get the idea behind it, but I don’t think it adds more value compared to how things were before. At this point, I’m more skeptical about this change than optimistic.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who was thrown off by the change!
