Hi Makers! This thread is dedicated to you if you are:
(1) launching soon or recently launched
(2) looking for beta users
(3) asking for feedback on a landing page
First, start by helping out another maker. You can check out their launch, give their product a review or share a comment on their launch post.
Once you've helped someone else out, share your product link here and BE SPECIFIC about who your target audience is and how we can help. π

Hey Guys :)
Time to share what i've been working on for 2 years! βοΈ
Me and the team of Roundicons are building a big library of illustrations for websites, applications and printed material .. our website will include around 30 different illustration packs on release date this month offering them for purchase and some will be free.
So far we released a Free Pack:
πDownload this pack for free ---> https://www.getillustrations.com...
Now we would really appreciate your feedback:
1. What is your favorite style of illustrations (post a link)
2. What are you using illustrations for ?
3. Does it make sense for you to have 1 big pack with 1000 illustrations all in same style or better 50 small packs in different styles?
Your feedback and answers to these questions will help us a lot to develop the project and produce something really useful.
Thanks for your time and enjoy the free illustration pack.
Regards,
Ramy W.

Hi @abadesi
https://openstar.social is a file and message sharing app featuring end to end encryption but more uniquely (?) replacing surveillance capitalism with a digital coin economy. Users can erect personal paywalls to charge for spam.
The system is decentralized in that anyone with internet access can run the software and be a service provider and charge for supporting the network.
This is a alpha release but I'd love to hear feedback on the idea.
Hey everyone!
We recently launched ClipDish a dead simple recipe manager. We solve a massive pain point for our users -- having to scroll through long food blog posts when all we want to do is make dinner.
The initial response has been overwhelmingly positive. Philly Magazine called us a "genius app." One reviewer (who wasn't my mom) called us a Pinterest killer. We think we have a ways to go there but it's still really motivating to hear.
Anyway, we're actively building it and would love feedback from the maker community here at PH.
If you want to check it out you can find us as https://getclipdish.com
@joecotellese I am really amazed by the technology you use to synthesize the useful information. Great idea of course. You could add in the landing page that the app is working on all websites
Lingvanex
Hi, Product Hunters!
Thanks, @abadesi for such a great place for ideas exchange!
I made "Find My Phone" - an Alexa Skill that helps to easily find your lost phone. ππ± Maybe itβs just in your other coat, or maybe it fell down the back of the sofa. Either way, my skill can make your phone ring loud even in silent mode.
Unlike other similar skills, Find My Phone works with phone numbers in any country on iPhone, Android, and any other device, no need to install any additional apps.
I am looking for beta users to make sure that it works everywhere before launching on Product Hunt.
So I would be really grateful if you could enable my skill, try to make a call and share your feedback with me! π
I'll give a 6-months subscription in exchange for your review!

Thank you,

@abadesi @pavellitvinko_com installed, waiting for my 6 months price... I could help translate it to spanish if it's in your goals
Lingvanex
@jesus_zorrilla Thank you so much! π
I would really appreciate your help with Spanish, it's definitely in the roadmap!
Please send me a phone number that you used to register in skill to my email so I can enable free subscription for you: pavellitvinko(at)gmail.com
@pavellitvinko_com send me the product description, the commands witch you want to translate, and please a disclose of anything important to consider, I'll send em back to you when done

Hi PHπ Looking for copywriting feedback on two things:
1. Newsletter pre-launch page: http://optemization.com/automagi...
My two main target audiences are startup founders and people who are nocode curious. It seems that these groups might not overlap. I don't know. I tried to make it as wide as possible; hence, the emphasis on "operations" and nocode at the same time. I thought of putting something like "product & growth operations" because that narrows it down a bit more. Although operations are part of every function in a business.
Also, I thought including an image might be helpful but I think the current one is useless and doesn't communicate anything exciting. I would appreciate thoughts on that.
2. Website for my agency: http://optemization.com
My main target audience is early-stage startup founder. The landing page (made with carrd) has this lofty/aspirational and clean feel. The website itself is entirely made on Notion. I think that the information *might* be too dense and overwhelming. Perhaps I am overthinking this. I would appreciate feedback on this.
Hey @abadesi and PH!,
My name is Sarthak and I am the founder of Plates. We recently re-launched Plates on PH (https://www.producthunt.com/post...)
Plates is a new storytelling platform. "Plates" replaces conventional hashtags with a powerful combination of collaboration and curation tools, as well as respect for users' privacy.
Would love to hear your feedback on it. Thanks: )
Cheers!
Sarthak
@sarthakmishra I would link directly to your app in the Apple and Google Play stores in your post. Good idea. What makes telling stories better, easier, or more impactful on your platform?
@edward_kachur Thanks a lot! Here is the link to our website: https://platestheapp.com. You can find the download links for both the platforms. We believe collaboration and curation are the core of storytelling and we feel both of them are weak in the current social networks! Cheers!
Hello Makers,
I'm looking for feedback on my curated off-the-beaten-path travel guide.
I created it to share local places that are unique in cities with fellow travellers (since the 10 top places on the internet are often quite touristy).
https://theworldyousee.com/
I feel like there could be some way to automate a part of this process.
Would you have any recommendations? :)

We just launched WFH Happy Hour! Join us for virtual happy hour events on Zoom :)
Neo (Beta)
Hi @abadesi ,
I'm the founder of Product Planet, an up-skilling platform for Software Developers, UX Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Managers.
Following our last launch (thank you so much for the positive response π) we decided to take a step further in helping college grads and employees early on in their careers achieve their career goals.
You can now choose from 200+ curated courses in Web Development, UX Design, Data Science, and Product Management from top platforms like Udemy, Udacity, Coursera, and EdX (in addition to our own courses) on Product Planet which will make it easier to discover tech courses and create your own customized learning path.
We will be adding more courses soon and plan to have 1000+ curated courses on the platform in the next few months, along with other features relevant for tech careers!
Thanks,
Dhruv
Gymnasium
Hello PH and @abadesi ! π
I am Thomas, builder of Gymnasium. I am currently looking for early contributors to my side project, Gymnasium.
Gymnasium aims at helping people overcome the anxiety and insecurity of salary negotiation, to get fair and equal compensation. Today, only half of all workers negotiate pay when hired, and this number is significantly lower among women and underrepresented minorities. I have been working the past weeks on building a website to help fixing this, more specifically to:
- Provide a place to safely share real-life negotiation feedbacks and advice
- Help people understand negotiation dynamics and conduct smarter negotiations
- Ultimately, reduce the gender and minority salary gap
I am currently in the soft launch phase of the first version of Gymnasium, looking for first contributors and testers. If you'd like to contribute, you can head to https://gymnasium.app/contribute and share your latest pay negotiation story anonymously.
Gymnasium is my first side project, getting contributions from PH Makers would mean the world to me. Also, I'd be happy to get any feedback or thoughts around Gymnasium and/or pay negotiation in general from you guys.
Thank you! π
@thomas_gariel Unique concept. Glassdoor has some similar functionality. What will make your product stand out and how do you demonstrate your unique value proposition?
Hello hello PH!
First time posting on here, but I've been working on a little weekend project that makes sharing cool travel experiences with friends a breeze.
The problem i was having was Yelp/Trip Advisor reviews for places I was traveling to were bleak and all seemed very "Touristy", and when my friends did send me recommendations of things to do - they were in word docs, google docs, raw links, lists, and google lists and were hard to consolidate and get back to.
This app helps me share my cool experiences (Great food spots, airbnb's, bars, and activities) with my friends, and I'm hoping it will help some of you as well.

Thank you all, and have a great week!
Series
Hey everyone!
I launched Series to PH on Friday - https://www.producthunt.com/post...
_Series is an iOS app for creating photo layouts, optimized for sharing to Instagram_
It was a great experience and definitely exposed the app to some new users. Looking to continue to grow and find our audience, Iβd specifically love any feedback on:
* Messaging and value prop on the website or App Store - does it get your attention and explain what Series is?
* Ideas for where and how to promote Series next?
Any other thoughts and feedback are always welcome. Thanks ππΌ
(p.s. DM @seriesphotosapp on IG or Twitter for a code to try the full app)
@seriesphotosapp @rcarver Hey! I absolutely LOVE the demo on the smartphone on the home page, demonstrates the functionality in a very direct way. The demo is a little bit fast for me so you may want to consider slowing it down, but only if others find it too fast too. It's a really neat way to really show off the product, will be important to make use of it as much as possible.
One question - if it's "for photographers", but "optimized for IG", it suggests you can use it if you're a photographer not trying to do stuff on IG. What is this experience like and how much does it benefit people in this situation? Just wondering why you haven't chosen to make it only to be used for IG. I'm not a photographer so not familiar with this area, but am interested in why you've positioned it like this.
Great job!!
Series
@lena_sesardic great feedback thank you! The video was originally made for the App Store, and was paced fast to grab attention - at least that was the idea based on researching other promo videos.
You've interpreted the "for photographers" and "optimized for IG" as intended - we're trying to create something goes beyond just IG but also tell people what it can do _now_. It's a great comment and question though; it's definitely a tradeoff in terms of clarity in the market.
Hi, makers!
We make a platform for Startups to share services and staff. You can offer what you have and request what do you need. Find a developer on the project or sell your services in only place. Hope for your support and feedback. We work hard to help makers like we are become more effective =) Cheers !

TaskBite Beta
Hello @abadesi and PH makers! π€
I'm El Mehdi, Founder @ TiredCruncher. I love making apps and I've been working on TaskBite for quite some time now, and it's expected to launch very soon.
TaskBite is a productivity app for individuals who work across multiple platforms (Trello, Jira, Asana, etc..); it consolidates tasks from those platforms in one app, helps you track time efficiently using the Pomodoro technique, and get intelligent insights to keep your productivity on top.
I'd love to hear about if you'd consider using TaskBite and how you'll use it. π€
You can get early access via: https://taskbite.io
Also check out our PH post: https://www.producthunt.com/post...
Cheers β€οΈ
Lingvanex
@mehdikamar Definitely want to try! Also it would be great, if you'll integrate Notion. Then I will be able to use Taskbite every day at work!
TaskBite Beta
@pavellitvinko_com Awesome! I'll definitely consider that. Thank you for your suggestion π
@mehdikamar Nicely designed website. How does your app differ from similar competitors and what gives your app the advantage?
Meta Nutrition
@abadesi @mehdikamar Like the color choice, this is only a mobile application?
TaskBite Beta
@edward_kachur Thanks! That's a great question. I believe TaskBite is unique in the sense that it doesn't force you to migrate to a new workflow; that means you can still work on your usual platforms (especially if it involves team collaboration), and use TaskBite to consolidate all those platforms in one place and get insights on what to work on and when to work on it.
Hi everyone,
At Palsup (https://palsup.com/) we are building a social app to connect you with like-minded people in your local area. You can share what is on your mind, whether it's how you feel, the activity you'd like to do, or the topic you want to discuss. We'll connect you to like-minded people nearby who have shared about similar topics so you can connect and start conversations or create communities around those topics.
We are working on the beta launch of the app and would love to hear your feedback. If you are interested subscribe to our prelaunch to participate in our beta test.
