    @sakozzy Fair point. Most people would say overtime will be compensated later on. And yet I would not entirely agree. The party goes on for a couple of years once it takes off, which people sometimes underestimate.

    @sakozzy Yeah, working overtime when you are own is not "overtime" โ€“ it is time to make the first sale, to claim the first deal or client. When I work overtime on my own project, I do not take it that way. :D

    I'd say yes when working overtime can save you much more time the next day. It's also valid when you just want to get something done. I wouldn't work overtime for the sake of it; that can lead to burnout and an unhealthy work-life balance.
