Definitely enjoyed 'Zero to One' as well as @william92 said, but I think for me it was 'The Hard thing about Hard things'. Talks very openly about the challenges on the entrepreneurial journey, as well leadership in general. Definitely recommend to anyone in the startup space.

The Millionaire Fastlane: The best book about business. "The Millionaire Fastlane" teaches rapid wealth creation through entrepreneurship, value creation, and unconventional financial strategies.
Nathan Covey
"Nail It Then Scale It." Builds a lot off of the Lean Startup by Eric Ries, but adds some unique insights.
