Here are 3 - what would you add to help those providing demos level up their presentation? 1) Request feedback on the demo experience, not just the product. Assuming the product didn't fit the need is the only reason the sale didn't happen is a missed opportunity to learn how to improve upon the overall experience. 2) Understand the problem before demoing the assumed solution. Jumping into the demo before asking key questions is a costly mistake. Learn what matters to prospects who are not yet your customers. 3) Customize the experience by knowing your audience. Are they technical, founders, product teams... All important details to know before you demo.

Great tips! Here are a few more suggestions to improve the B2B product demo experience: Highlight the benefits and outcomes, not just the features. While it's important to showcase the features of your product, it's equally important to explain how they will solve the customer's pain points and help them achieve their goals. Share case studies or success stories. Customers love to hear how others have used your product to achieve success. Incorporating case studies or success stories into your demo can help prospects see the value of your product and increase their confidence in your solution. Make it interactive and engaging. A demo should not be a one-way conversation. Incorporate interactive elements such as polls, quizzes, or Q&A sessions to engage your audience and make the demo more memorable.

Hey Alyne, During my time in corporate I was a solutions engineer and I had to give demos to clients daily and here are some additional tips. *Call Structure* Intros Discovery Use-case confirmation Demo Questions Next Steps - DEMO - Example for email automation platform - UseCase -Marketer wants a way to automatically send emails to new leads when they signup for newsletter. - Demo Focus - Show them how to send emails automatically when a lead signs up for the newsletter. - Workflow - Walk them through a day in the life of how "Job Title" would actually use the solution. This should take them through the steps you would take Step by step, showing them *live* of you signing up to a form and receiving an email in your inbox. - Features - Show them the features that will help them send emails automatically > The email designer > The automation engine > What an email will look like - Explaining a feature, simply - "This Automation engine, where you would go to create email automations that send emails when a client submits a lead form." "Now all your leads will get an email and you won't have to think about that again." "Do you see how this will help you everyday? " "I'm so happy I am able to help you, Automations is going to change how you send emails"
