Pet owners: Not having a pet-friendly office is a deal breaker for you?

Question

To those who don't have pets, are pet-friendly offices (working with animals in your office) a deal breaker for you?

I must admit that before the pandemic, it wasn't an issue for me. Since the pandemic, pet-friendly offices have made my life so much easier.

@mimih_arteaga Not always! I definitely prefer them though, they seem in general to be more relaxed and fun :)

Lots of studies actually show that having dogs at the office has a lot of positive effects on the environment, employee happiness, and overall team spirit :)

But I also understand that it can be hard for people who have allergies to voice this to their colleagues.

I don't own a pet right now, but I've worked at 3 different pet-friendly offices so far and I love it! Pets are lovely distractions and I would prefer to take my breaks with them rather than playing darts or foosball 🙃
