On your PH "coming soon" page, what is the diff between thumbnail and logo?

The form asks you to upload an 80x80 thumbnail, and a logo.

What is the difference?

Also, at what (best) dimensions should you upload the logo? ... ok to upload at 2x?

If animated, what file format? video format? .gif?

@richa_sharma07 Not really, look the interface: https://www.producthunt.com/my/u... It asks for thumbnail at 80x80 then it ALSO asks for logo. What is the difference? Also, what dimensions for the logo? obviously 1:1 square, but what size?

@rowemore For the teaser page, you need only a banner which can also be your logo. It has to be of two sizes: 1:2 width:height (e.g., 1000px x 2000px) and 1:1 (1000px x 1000px).

@rowemore The logo will be your longer logo, and the thumbnail can be a smaller version. If they're the same for you, then it's alright.

Also, about 1:1 logo, the larger, the better, so keep it at least 1000x1000px.

Any video you want to upload must be on youtube. So ideally, for the logo, you could use a .gif file. And keep it 80x80px size.

Where does that show up on PH? What aspect ratio. At what size / dimensions to upload?

PH does not tell you this.

On the PH coming soon page builder interface  there are different  fields for thumbnail and logo .. confused.
