Social media marketing has so many moving parts. Creating posts, scheduling them, replying to comments, tracking performance. If you could automate just one of these to save yourself some time, what would it be? I’m curious to hear what everyone struggles with the most!

Leveraging AI to analyze audience behavior in real time and automatically adjust strategies—such as content type, hashtags, or even targeting parameters—would help consistently improve performance and drive better results.

Love this idea, @ali_shaheen. Do you think AI could replace the human touch in strategy?

If I could automate just one part of social media marketing, it’d be replying to comments. It's such a time-consuming task but super important for engagement. Having a smart tool to handle basic responses while still sounding genuine would be a game-changer.
@oksana_ch do you you'll still be able to manage relationship building if commenting were automated?

This sounds practical, @oksana_ch. Fully automating the commenting process might not be idea (as @to_be_designed mentioned, we'll lose the human touch)l, but, we can definitely streamline it by auto-replying to frequently asked questions with pre-set responses
Main issue with engagement is spreading it too thinly.
Replies are like any form of marketing, you need to reach the same people multiple times to have them notice you, so I think the most interesting area for automation is the identification of target ICPs, and then the organisation of engagement with those ICPs

Clever, @toby_rowland! As you mentioned, a great use case would be targeting a specific ICP (like SaaS founders who recently secured funding) and then following them and engaging meaningfully with their recent posts.

I'd automate generating relevant hashtags for each post. It's tedious trying to come up with trending tags for every piece of content to maximize reach. An AI tool that could analyze the post and spit out the top hashtags would save so much time and effort!

Good thought, @danieljamesharris. You might want to checkout Picmaker's hashtag generator.
I'd automate the tedious parts of social media like scheduling posts, finding trending hashtags, and basic analytics. An AI tool that could handle that grunt work and learn what works best would be 🔥. Then I could focus my time on the fun creative stuff and engaging with my audience.
I agree, responding to the comments is a critical part but probably the most time consuming because of the need for it to be specific and genuine.
