How important is planning for your business and for you as a founder?

For the past year, I've been building an AI tool that helps companies validate ideas faster and map out the ideas into actionable frameworks. Simple words - 1 - connect all your data (notion, asana, google docs, sheets, website, slack, discord you name it) to the AI; 2 - answer several questions to get more context 3- get a pitch deck, business model analysis using several frameworks, action plan, risk assessment and next steps to do in order to move the project forward. So planning is an essential part of me and I'd love to share my vision with everyone, but want to know what is important to you :)

Planning is everything, especially for us small business owners! I learned this the hard way when I started my handmade jewelry business. There was this one hectic week where orders piled up, and I felt like I was drowning in paperwork. That's when I finally started to understand the power of small business automation. By setting up automated inventory tracking and order processing systems, planning became a breeze. Now, I can focus more on crafting beautiful pieces and less on administrative chaos.
