I subscribe to many news channels in the cart and mailing lists. I add new channels when I encounter exciting content, but if unread messages accumulate in the channel (because it's not interesting), I delete them. We also chat with colleagues and friends, exchanging links to something interesting. As well as weekly calls with the team, where we discuss relevant news.

Staying on top of AI trends feels like chasing a moving train sometimes. But I'm a regular at AI conferences (virtually, these days), subscribe to a ton of newsletters, and follow key thought leaders on Twitter.

Reading research papers can be a slog but you find some real gems. AI is exciting but also a field where it's easy to get lost.
