Hello all, It's my first time posting here so please be gentle. I have started building a product but before continuing as it's a pretty large product to build. I was looking to research why businesses opt for using multiple systems for business operations for example capsule as their crm, zendesk for their helpdesk and asana for project management? My product would be looking to resolve the need for multiple systems, multiple different support teams to contact should they have an issue with the product, a single point of billing that eliminates the need to pay for multiple different services. I am calling this an end-to-end business solution. In the product also it also has the ability to use external services should they not want to migrate but rather import data on a regular basis. The product would also stop the need to export data from multiple different systems and combine that data using spreadsheets. YOu would be able to pull reports together from the system. For example, you could pull a report based on how much you have earned in projects against how much salary you have paid for your employees. What would people's reservations be against using such a product? Thank you for your time and I appreciate any feedback/help where possible. James
