At https://collato.com/ we have Thursday no meeting day! 
What about you? 
Do you think you really need them?

Currently no. Currently don't see the possibility of that. But I think it can be a good thing for the people.

@mimih_arteaga Yes. we conduct only on Thursday and some on Wednesday.  We do not wish to spoil the weekend mood 🤪

Also... we avoid Monday meetings at the max possible as that's where everyone's at the Monday Blue zone… Not safe to hold meetings😥

@mimih_arteaga Yes!  And we also open up about next week's progress as well by Thursday. That way, the team is informed on what they have to work on. This kinda helps in not having Monday meetings too.

That's why we have no meeting on Thursday and not Friday.

(I'd love to have them on Friday)
