Did you fail at a start-up project before and what did you take away from it?

I experimented with a mobile carwashing business for a couple of months, but ultimately stopped it because of logistical constraints (family + full-time job + launching a SaaS product). I learned to not focus on tech/solution in the early phases but on understanding your ideal customer and their pain point
