Can you explain your business to 5yo kid? Try it 🙏

Here's your mic 🎤 and explain it so easily that even a small child will understand it. You can also describe your profession. For a marketer, I would say to 5yo: "Everybody will know you thanks to me." (Just an example.) Now it's your turn. 🫵

Sadly, I can't even explain it to a 50yo. It's a serious problem.

In short - I draw pretty pictures and help tell stories. I make things look nice so everyone can see them! I will explain in more detail. If a 5-year-old doesn’t understand in one sentence and asks for more, 😂 I would say.. Sure! Imagine you have a big box of crayons, and with them, you get to color pictures and help tell stories that make people happy. That’s what I do! I use colors, shapes, and pictures to show people new ideas and help them understand fun and exciting things. Plus, I also help make sure everyone sees and hears about those cool ideas, kind of like when you show your drawing to all your friends! (I also market my product) 😉

I'm working on a new product with the headline: "Your career, your story, we help you tell it better." We also have this line: "We help you level up in your career." Nika, do you think a 5-year-old would understand any part of this?

Imagine you have a really big school where everyone needs help keeping track of everything, like who’s in which class, what homework they have, and how much and when to pay for tuition fees. Now, think of a super-duper smart robot that not only helps with all that but also checks if kids are in class by managing attendance, helps teachers give grades for tests and assignments, and even has a special online classroom where kids can learn and do their homework. It helps teachers, kids, and parents stay connected, making school life easier, more organized, and way more fun! That’s what Classe365 does for schools, universities and academies.

Woow! cool question, I like storytelling, so my variant is the next: Once upon a time, there was a magical helper named Hubmee. Hubmee lived in a tiny box (your phone!) and had a very important job: helping people organize their lives. Imagine you had a huge toy box with toys everywhere – cars, dolls, games – all mixed up. Hubmee comes in and helps you sort everything out. It knows exactly where your toys, books, and even your favorite candy are hidden! But Hubmee doesn't just stop there! It also reminds you when it’s time to do your homework, clean your room, or even take care of your pet. It keeps all your important papers safe, like drawings or stickers, so you never lose them. Hubmee is like a super-smart friend that makes sure everything is in the right place, and you don’t forget anything important. All you need to do is tell Hubmee what you need, and it will do it for you every day!

Sure, I'd explain our business like this to a 5yo: We help people find cool things on the interwebs and tell their friends about them. When lots of friends get excited, the people who made those things do a happy dance! It's like a big game of show and tell. We're the ones who get to yell 'Come see this awesome new toy Jimmy brought today!' And when everyone comes running to look, Jimmy gives us a big high five for spreading the word. Pretty neat, huh?

I'd explain it like this: 'You know how you have a piggy bank where you put your money? Well, instead of a piggy bank, Daddy uses a computer to keep track of the money for our business. And instead of toys, we use that money to make things that other people want to buy. When they pay us for those things, that's how our business makes money to put in the computer piggy bank.'

@busmark_w_nika I’m an LPC and LMFT across many states. So I tried to take the literal cognitive development of a 5 y/o who has not mastered ego centrism and make it Daniel tiger of sorts. I built an app also would certainly like to connect about it if you’d be interested
