Best practices for niches on Reddit?

Reddit is pretty amazing for niches - Most of my customers are from Reddit - but, I struggle to build awareness for my product on a regular basis. This is probably a very common problem, I think. Have you experienced something similar? Any best-known practices for community forming/building on Reddit?

@kostjapalovic had great results there. his secret: give more value than you ask in exchange. write cool posts, post your link rarely. sounds simple, hard to do.

@kostjapalovic @alexanderisora - I think a lot of creativity can emerge once you ask how to provide value. Great point

I'd suggest to use reddit as a funnel, rather than promoting your product. You'll be banned from communities if you just promote your product. I'd suggest to provide value on reddit communities, and then using that attention to get audience towards your product
Karthik
@shushant_lakhyani How would that funnel work? Yeah, just being on Reddit to promote your product is asking for trouble/horrendous thing to do

When it comes to creating and managing a niche community on Reddit, one important aspect to consider is identifying the specific audience you want to cater to. This is where the "https://pembio.com/" keyword can come in handy - if you're looking to create a subreddit focused on the field of personalized medicine and biotechnology, for example, using "pembio" as a keyword in your subreddit's name or description can help attract users with a particular interest in that topic. In addition to using relevant keywords, it's also important to foster a sense of community among your subreddit's members. Encourage discussion and engagement by posting relevant content, responding to comments and questions, and enforcing rules that promote respectful and constructive communication. You might also consider reaching out to other subreddits or online communities focused on similar topics to cross-promote your subreddit and expand your reach. Overall, creating and managing a successful niche community on Reddit takes time, effort, and a deep understanding of your audience's needs and interests. By using relevant keywords like "pembio" and fostering a sense of community among your members, you can build a thriving subreddit that serves as a valuable resource for anyone interested in your niche topic.
