I find that the most engaging meetings happen when everyone comes prepared and knows their role. What if we flipped the script - instead of asking 'how many hours in meetings?', what if we asked 'how much value did we create together?'
Sometimes a 15-minute focused chat beats a 2-hour session. I've seen teams transform their meetings by setting clear goals and capturing insights effectively. Anyone else experiencing this shift in meeting culture? 🤔

I agree, 99% of meetings in my life were either unnecessary or too long and unproductive. There should probably be clear guidelines at the leadership level about which topics require meetings and how much time they should take at most. But for that, the leadership itself needs to understand the pointlessness of meetings, and unfortunately, that’s rare.
I think the key is making meetings hyper-focused with clear objectives. A good question to ask after each meeting: 'Did we achieve what we set out to accomplish?' Capturing key insights and action items is also crucial. There are some great AI tools emerging to help with meeting summaries and insight capture. I'm testing Sembly AI which generates meeting recaps and to-dos automatically. Finding the right tools combined with shifting the meeting mindset can be a game-changer! 🙌 #ProductivityHacks
